All one-to-one learning sessions are conducted through third-party platforms such as Google Meet. Class schedules, meeting links, and communication may be shared manually via WhatsApp or phone calls.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Users must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all learning sessions and communications.

Payments and Refunds

Any payments, if applicable, are made for platform services and coordination. Refunds, if any, are subject to the refund terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or functionality of third-party services such as Google Meet or WhatsApp.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the content, quality, outcome, or effectiveness of learning sessions conducted by tutors. Use of the platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
