💰 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – SCHOLX

1. Demo Sessions

• Demo sessions are non-refundable
• Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before the session (subject to availability)

2. One-on-One Classes

Learner Cancellations

         • 24+ hours before session → eligible for reschedule
         • Less than 24 hours → no refund

3. Group Classes / Courses

• Refund eligibility depends on course structure
• Missed sessions are non-refundable

4. Technical Issues

If a session is missed due to a verified platform issue, appropriate compensation or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Refund Mode

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or platform credits, as applicable.
